I'm not great on ladders so jumping out of a plane will be...interesting.

I'm raising money for The British Horse Society's Changing Lives through Horses campaign, which is designed to improve the lives of disengaged young people through working in a yard environment and spending time with horses.

In the UK, 10.9% of 16-24 year olds aren’t in education, employment or training and 1 in 5 young adults have a diagnosed mental health condition. Changing Lives through Horses has the potential to reach these people at a critical point in their lives.

Using horses as the inspiration for change, the programme provides an alternative learning environment to mainstream education. Young people on the course can develop skills which enable them to return to education and/or employment, and make them understand they too, have a valued place in society.
