Since posting the below, we've raised nearly double my original target in 12 hours, due to the extraordinary generosity of a few people. I'm so grateful. And I hope it will encourage many others to give as well.

Fundraising for Haiti

I'm given all my Tuesday evenings through February and March to rehearse my composition Requiem in Blue with VOX HOLLOWAY, a bunch of remarkable people who are raising funds and awareness for the Haiti disaster.

The concert is on Sunday and is nearly sold out. But if you could sponsor me, that would be a fantastic contribution. As a freelance musician, it's hard to know how to help with a tragedy of this magnitude. But I can give my time and if you want to support me in that I'd be VERY grateful. It's not a bad time to help with Haiti, it is receiving less media attention but the money is still very much needed.
