We are raising money for the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at the Norfolk & Norwich University Hospital which is a highly specialised unit looking after the needs of premature and critically ill babies. It is vital that the unit raise enough funds to purchase 4 more cots for babies who need intensive therapy or high dependency care as the demand for specialist care for premature or critically ill babies is rising.

 

Harvey Snelling and Jack Gray spent their first few weeks there in adjacent cots, and both families got to know each other and became friends. We will never forget how incredible the staff were in caring for our boys, and helping us through this difficult period.

 

Our fundraising is also in memory of our friends' beautiful daughter Zoe, who only lived on this earth for an incredible 36 hours, but lit up the lives of all who knew of her, and will be forever in our hearts.

 

Between the two families we are planning a variety of fundraising events including a Big Breakfast on the day of the Royal Wedding, coffee mornings, a Bridge event and a physical challenge later in the summer which is yet to be decided!

   

We appreciate that there are so many causes these days asking for your support, but if you are able to spare any money at all, however big or small, your contribution will make such a difference to families who need the care and support from the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit.
