In November 2020, during the second full national lock-down, my very good friend, Rob “Grin” Grinsted lost his life at the age of 55 to a sudden, catastrophic, heart attack.  He has left behind a widow and two sons (who were only 16 and 19 at the time). Helping the BHF to reduce the frequency that families have to go through similar trauma must be most worthy.

The walk is going to be very painful, so if you would like to assist in supporting the British Heart Foundation, any donation would be greatly appreciated - if everyone gives just a few quid, my aim of raising awareness and some money will be met.
