Story
I have successfully completed Harry's Hike of Hell. But I am still collecting vital funds for Cancer Research UK.
Myself and two very good friends, Oli Finlay-Smith and Phoebe Wilkinson have been invited to complete Snowdon this saturday with The Novice Mountaineer group (Made up of Rach and Duncan, McGregor, Donna Rahelly, Rebecca , Ben, Luke and Bill Brunt, Tom and Annie Brunt and Stephen O'Brien).
We are so excited to join them and are looking forward to it. If you would like to help them, help me, help the important cause that is Cancer Research UK you can donate funds online.
Many Thanks
Harry, Oli, and the Novice Mountaineers!
"To celebrate the three years since I had radiation therapy for my cancer treatment, I have decided to embark on a challenge bigger and unlike anything I have attempted before.
To mark the three years, I am going to hike three peaks in California, all over 14,000ft! To add to the challenge I will be doing this within three consecutive days!
Both myself and my guide for the challenge (The intrepid explorer Mr Charles Ball) will cover just under 60 miles in three days with a total elevation gain of 13000ft!
The Trek will include: White Mountain, Mount Langley and, of course, Mount Whitney at an impressive (the tallest peak in the US excluding Alaska!)
The physical training is hard, but the mental training will be even harder. Bear in mind the tallest peak in the UK is Ben Nevis at 4409ft.
Please help me to help more people beat Cancer like I did, through CRUK's work.
Many Thanks
Harry"
