Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

This summer I am setting out to walk south from Canada to Mexico along the Pacific Crest Trail which runs down the western side of the USA passing through Oregon, Washington and California covering 2668.8 miles.

I will be leaving in July and aiming to be back before Christmas with a total time of around 5 months being my target. Mostly I will be walking solo and carrying my home (tent) on my back other than when my fantastic girlfriend comes to join me for a month and the rare occasion friends come to visit.

I feel this task will be both physically and mentally challenging but I believe I have the ability to finish it with a smile on my face. I will be documenting my progress throughout on social media and hopefully an online blog. I hope you can keep track and follow my progress as I go.

I am hoping to raise £1 per mile but would be overjoyed if I could raise more than that to go towards a charity I strongly believe in and would love any help I can get towards my target.
