Story
On 6th December I will be participating in a sponsored climb with William Rees, Operations Manger of Magic Life Supported Living, at the Castle Climbing Centre, Green Lanes in aid of Noah’s Ark Children’s Hospice.
For those of you who don’t know, Noah’s Ark Children’s Hospice is a community-based hospice service providing support for children and young people with life-limiting or life-threatening conditions and their families in North and Central London and Hertsmere.
I found out about Noah’s Ark Charity as I am a big supporter of Tottenham Hotspurs football club and they also support Noah’s ark charity. I like to help in the community and this was a great opportunity to do so.
There are over 1,200 babies and children with life-limiting or life-threatening conditions in North and Central London but, tragically, no children’s hospice building. Through their 'Building the Ark’ campaign, Noah’s Ark are raising funds to build a children’s hospice building, one that will not only look after children and families in North and Central London but will also be a centre for the community. For further information please visit www.buildingtheark.org.uk
If you have time – please do feel free to go online and look at this amazing Charity and if you can, please do make a donation to support them too. Thank you for your support.
HARRY'S WORDS ON CLIMBING
'Climbing has helped me with my fine and gross motor skills and coordination, it has also helped to build on my confidence. I really like climbing with my instructor Zoe and I always look forward to my sessions.'
