On June 3rd 2015, I will be flying to Peru, South America, to take part in Beyond the Ultimate's, Jungle Ultra Marathon run through the Amazonian rainforest.

Over 5 days I will be running 230km through tough jungle trails, mountain roads and village tracks starting from Cloud Forest to descend 10,500ft to the Amazon Jungle below. This is equal to 1 marathon a day, In high temperatures and humidity levels which reach nearly 100%, for the race itself I will be self-sufficient, carrying my own hammock, sleeping bag, food and supplies and replenishing my 2.5 litre (minimum) water at base camps along the way.

It's incredibly daunting but, having trained hard now in preparation, I'm really excited to push my physical limits. Please support me by helping me fundraise for two very worthy charities, as chosen by me and my friends.
