Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
In November 2017 Sarah and I lost our son Harry at 7 days old, the investigations and enquiries are still on going. We know from personal experience that losing a child creates a hole in your life which can never be filled, charities such as Child Bereavement UK are a huge support to families like ours.
Between myself and Sarah we raised £12,500 for Bliss last year, through Clark and my school we have regularly raised around £3,000 for various charities over the last 6-7 years too. as such I do not expect anyone to donate again - please only do so if you want to.
I applied for a place on the London Marathon as I thought I wouldn't get in. I did! It has been really tough training for it, but the mental benefits of exercise have kept me going since November 2017 when Harry passed away so I will be forever grateful to whoever rigged the ballot and gave me a place!
On Sunday 3rd March I completed 20miles, my longest to date and plan to do a few more similar runs in the next month to six weeks leading up to April 28th when I will complete the London marathon.
Thank you in advance to anyone who donates and thank you to everyone who has already donated over the last few years, it means everything to Sarah and I and an awful lot to the charities too.
