Story

Last July the world lost a truly wonderful person Boo Ver der Noot. Boo was a dear friend to me  and sadly lost her battle with depression. To me Boo was the kindest person who always made me laugh and always putting others first, I miss her every day.

The last year has been extremely tough on all who knew her. Along with many of Boo's family and friends I plan to cycle 110 miles from London to Aldeburgh. I do a lot of cycling therefore to make this challenge tougher I plan to cycle on a very old small tandem with Charlie Warburg (both heavy chaps!) but this whole cycle is to raise much needed awareness of depression, to make people more aware and to be able to understand it better. We will all be cycling under the banner of 'Depression Must Not Be a TaBOO'.

Please dig deep and help us raise funds for The Charlie Waller Trust and help them to realise a vision "of a world where people understand and talk openly about depression, where young people know how to maintain well-being, and where the most appropriate treatment is available to everyone who needs it".

Thank you Harry x
