I have decided to take part in the London Triathlon this August to help raise money for the Royal National Lifeboat Institution. I am currently training very hard for the race and reaching my fund raising target will make the whole experience worth it!

Having grown up and lived by the sea all my life, I know full well that the RNLI is a truly worthy charity to support. Without them, our beaches and seas would not be patrolled, boats would not be rescued and lives would not be saved. I spend a lot of my time in the water, either swimming or surfing and I know just how hard these guys work, and just how much support they need to get their work done.

The RNLI relies entirely on the support of the public and it receives no Government funding so please take that extra step today by helping me reach my target and you can then really be a part of saving lives at sea.
