Seemingly destined to follow my old man's footsteps as an avid runner, cyclist, swimmer and general exercise enthusiast, I eventually realised that it wasn't to be and took a back seat in things (see above). And so to honour my Dad's memory, i'm raising money for the limbless association by running the bupa 10k with my sisters Aimee and Sophie.
