Helen and I are proud to support Sarcoma UK to help raise funds for research into this rare (but increasing) form of cancer.

Last year my 13 year old daughter, Mia was diagnosed with Synovial Sarcoma. This is a very rare form of Sarcoma, with very little data or published medical research. At diagnosis our family had no idea of what was ahead with very little evidence to indicate prognosis, in Mia’s case this was caught early, tragically many have not been so lucky.

Neither Helen or I are very experienced cyclists, it will be an interesting challenge to ride 100 miles in a day – one thing will be certain, very sore bottoms !
