Some of my close friends may know that this summer I was diagnosed and then swiftly un-diagnosed with a real nasty for just a few days…… I’m happy to say the docs made a mistake!

Some of you may also know that I’ve recently learnt to do the front crawl properly as part of my NLP Master Practitioner modelling project.  I am still very much a beginner but practising hard….

So I’ve decided to do something positive for Myton Hospice whilst I get back to full health and master the art of crawling!  

Two years ago I supported my sister Annie and her amazing friends to swim the English Channel. They raised tons of money for the Trinity Hospice in London. I have decided to do the next best thing to support Myton Hospice in Warwick.  For me there will be no enormous jellyfish or freezing temperatures as I am going to swim the virtual English Channel in the comfort of my local pool at Nuffield Health.  I’ve got to complete 1360 lengths by December 1st (Yikes!) 

It’s my little bit of giving back to a Hospice which I’m very relieved to say I dont need to visit this year!
