I have decided this year to raise money for this small charity, the Sandcastle Trust. They help families who have children with rare chromosome disorders by providing grants for short family breaks. As most of you know my son Dylan has a rare chromosome disorder called 4q deletion syndrome. Over the last few years they have helped us to have a family break of which we are so grateful 😊
