Harriet and Beth are taking on the Aspire Channel Swim 2022, swimming the distance of the English Channel over 12 weeks to raise money for Aspire. As Deputy Mayoress of Biddulph Town, Harriet (9) has chosen Aspire to be her nominated charity this year. Beth has teamed up with Harriet to see how much money they can raise for this lifeline.

Every four hours someone is paralysed by Spinal Cord Injury and Aspire provides the essential equipment, advice and housing that spinal cord injured people need to live their lives independently. This is a big challenge, but the more raised, the more of a difference we all make, so please be generous!
