We have stupidly decided for the second year running to do the Wolf Run on the 13th April 2019.  We will run, swim and crawl through 10km of mud and freezing water in order to raise money for the Encephalitis Society.  Any support you can give us will be gratefully received.

Encephalitis is a cause close to our hearts as it is a condition that our very own Mr Simms suffered from as a young child.  It is a serious, potentially life threatening condition in which the brain becomes inflamed due to an infection or the immune system attacking it in error.  It can cause the sufferer to lose the ability to talk and/or lose movement in some parts of the body.

The Encephalitis Society aims to improve the quality of life of all people affected directly and indirectly by encephalitis, by providing support and information, raising awareness and promoting and collaborating on research.
