Thanks for visiting my page.. after a long break (well at least a few months!) from any sort of physical challenge or training, i have decided run the Ealing half marathon to raise funds for Birmingham Children's Hospitals critical journeys appeal. SACA have pledged to refurbish the ambulances at the hospital and replace all the outdated life saving equipment used to treat children and ferry them between hospitals. I hope you can support this cause and me making a fool of myself entering this run without and prep!! Thank you again for all your support x
