As any of my friends and family know this is going to be an extreme challenge for myself because of my health issues and that Sands NI is chosen charity because they supported myself and Aidan through our miscarriage at 11weeks with baby Josie on 13th November 2015 which had left us devastated at the time . Sands NI provided us with a beautiful little coffin so we could lay our baby to rest which helped our healing process that little bit. I know that for many,  this is a very taboo subject even in this day in age but yes I am 1in 4 and I know many of my friends and family are too so please help us reach our target by donating whatever you can for a great cause and an epic challenge! God bless all our little angel babies and give us the strength and courage to carry on xo 💞 👼 

On Saturday 22nd June 2019 my team will be taking part in the Hard as Oak 10K Obstacle Course with a start time of 11.30am to raise funds for Sands NI with the team name ‘Hard as SANDS’.
