Hello, welcome to yet another fundraising page! For those of you who don't know, I had a moment of madness and signed myself up to jump out of a plane on World Down Syndrome Day (21st March). For good measure, I'm also taking part in a 5k run/muddy obstacle course the week after. 

Both of these events are totally out of character for me and some serious training needs to take place.. However, most of you will know that Down's syndrome is something that is close to my heart due to one special guy, so I'm willing to give it a go!

Down's syndrome occurs when a 3rd copy of chromosome 21 (in addition to the normal 2 copies) is present in the cells of the body, hence World Down Syndrome Day is on 21/3.

Donations on this page will go towards PROSPECTS - a wonderful Christian organisation who provide person-centred care for adults with learning disabilities, including my brother! :) 

I am also jumping for Vasculitis UK in memory of my dad.

The skydive is happening on World Down Syndrome day, the day after the anniversary of my Dad's death - it seems quite fitting to combine all 3.
