Hanna was diagnosed with Cystic Fibrosis (CF) when she was only 6 weeks old through routine tests. Because of this she had lots of other problems that were caused by CF, such as diabetes, Liver disease and Osteoporosis and unfortunately even suffered from clinical depression and eating disorder.

She died at the age of 22, far too young and leaving too many of us left with an empty space in our lives where she used to be.

She was a very lively girl who loved her friends, her cats, she loved tattoos and piercings, not to mention hello kitty! She always looked beautiful and she liked going out to see different places and meet new people, she loved everyone and everyone who met her loved her too.

Hanna had double lung transplant on the 5th of December 2012 which did buy her some more time but it just wasn't enough as we all would have wanted.

So please find a few quid you would have spent on a magazine or a pack of fags or something else and donate now and we can stop people dying too young from this disease.
