Story

Hi all,

Thank you for taking the time to read and donate!

I will be walking the Yorkshire 3 Peaks on the 31st October 2020, with the aim to complete the challenge in under 12 hours.

I have recently begun my business placement with HP and have subsequently been introduced to the charity they support as a company. The Prince’s Trust supports young people gain the skills and confidence to start their careers through free courses and guidance. Since working for HP, I have been fortunate enough to be educated on all the amazing things the trust does for 11-31 year old’s in need. I am extremely grateful for the opportunities I have received to prepare myself for the working world and far too often, take it for granted. I want to support those who are yet to have these opportunities in as many challenges as possible, and donate all funds raised to the trust. Please see our HP interns team page for our teams efforts and fundraising target and the Prince’s Trust home page for more information on the charity:

In addition to walking for charity, completing the walk is very much a personal challenge. The walk is 24 miles long, starting and finishing in the dark, and with England’s weather... probably in the pouring rain. I’m lucky to have my family by my side for this and look forward to what’s to come.

Thank you for your support!

Hannah
