Story

Recently my gran has been diagnosed with Alzhelmer's disease and dementia at the age of 79. With it being such a horrible disease that affects thousands of families each year and that requires 24 hour care I have decided to try raise some money for Dementia UK. The intitial challenge was complete 24 hours of exercise in the month of August however I have decided to push myself to attempt 100 hours! Please sponsor me and support me throughout this challenge, I will need all the motivation I can get!!
