In September I will be running the Great North Run to raise money for Mummy's Star. The race will be only my second ever half marathon having run the Great North run in 2009 - TEN years ago!! 

We are delighted to be teaming up with Mummy's Star, the only charity in the UK and Ireland dedicated to supporting women and families diagnosed with cancer in and around pregnancy.Since their establishment in 2013 they have reached over 650 families and continue to grow at a rapid rate. They have gifted more than £284,000 in small grants and have new families reaching out every day. Cancer affects 1 in 1000 pregnancies, around 2 women a day, your donation will bring us that bit closer to reaching everyone who needs their specialised support! Thank you!
