Hi, my name is Hannah Coleman and I am running the NYC Marathon this year in support of Special Olympics NY.  I am really honored to have this opportunity to be a part of this team and am so excited to begin fundraising for it! Throughout high school, I was involved in the Best Buddies chapter and I am currently an education major at SUNY New Paltz. In the future, I hope to become a special educator in an elementary school. With this in mind, I want to run this race in honor of all my future students! I want them to live in a world where they are included and supported in all that they do. By running this race in their honor, I am hoping to spread awareness and inclusion for those of all abilities! Thank you in advance for your support as I tackle my first marathon!
