I have chosen to raise money for St Barnabas Hospices (Sussex) Ltd  in Worthing as they do a fantastic job caring for adults with life-limiting illnesses and also their families.  My family and I have experience this support when my Aunty Magaret lost her fight against cancer almost 3 years ago.  We still visit the Hospice at least once a year to light a candle in her memory.
