On Sunday 8th August I will be walking 26 miles round Ulswater lake in the Lake District to raise money for Alzheimer’s Society.

Through my early twenties I witnessed the cruel effects that Alzheimer’s had on my dear Nanny Smith and know many others who’s loved ones have also suffered, so I’m proud to be raising money for such a great organisation.

Aside from this, I’m looking forward to the personal challenge and to enjoying the stunning scenery of the Lakes with some great friends.
