This month is endometriosis awareness month, it impacts 1 in 10 women and takes an average of 8 years to actually be diagnosed which for some can be too late. The condition effects womens ability to conceive amongst an array of other symptoms, towards the end of last year I was diagnosed with endometriosis and told I needed surgery on my ovaries - it was both a relief to finally have a diagnosis, but a bitter pill to swallow at the same time. 

This month I'm taking part in the 1 in 10 challenge which this month will see me achieve:

10000 steps every single day

10 x 1 mile runs

To help raise a contribution that will help aid future research and awareness into a condition that still only has a handful of specialists in its field.
