I am a care assistant and third year student nurse who wants to support the Care worker charity in raising awareness for the daily challenges that are faced by all care workers. For example, the inconsistent hours, consequences of low recruitment as well as the emotional stressors that can arise. I want to make a difference to the mental- wellbeing of care workers and raise awareness for the amazing job they do.
