Story
For my wonderful Nan who is into her thirteenth year of living with the condition.
This is quite poignant race as my Nan was brought over on the last ship as Jersey was evacuated during WW2 and Portsmouth is where my Nan grew up and courted with my Grandad and the rest is history as they say.
My Grandad has been the pillar of my Nan’s care and the main reason why she has been able to remain at home. They both never cease to amaze me and any funds I can raise would whole heartedly mean so much.
