It's that time of year again!

I have decided to run the Bupa10k.  I ran it last year and, despite good intentions, have not done a race since then! I do, however, want to beat my time of last year which was 1 hour 6 minutes, and also to beat my fundraising efforts which came to £456 thanks to your very generous donations!
