On the 25th October, I shall be embarking on a 60mile/100km bike ride around London, with my noble steed: Paloma the mountain bike.

I am aiming to raise a minimum of £300 which will go to Naomi House Hospice. Why this charity?

For those of you who don't know, I had a terminally ill sister who passed away after just over a year of precious life. Unfortunately she passed before the completion of the hospice, but the support of the team there were second to none. The money raised will help families with children and young adults who need support and care in their final days.

Please dig deep for a cause extremely close to my heart. Thank you!
