Those of you who know me have, quite justifiably, been shocked and horrified by my decision to run the Bristol Half Marathon in a couple of weeks. I've never been known for my athletic prowess, after all.

Still, I'm doing my absolute best to be fit enough to finish the bloody thing, and that's all testament to how important I think the Matthew Tree Project is. Mark Goodway and his team do amazing, totally selfless work to help people out of hard times here and I am so impressed by them. Bristol is a truly beautiful city, but everyone's experience of it wouldn't be if it weren't for wonderful, caring organisations like this.
