Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

After being a Cardiff Half Marathon spectator for the past 4 years and always saying 'I'm definitely going to run next year' every year, this time I'm actually committing!

I'm fundraising for Neuroscience and Mental Health research at Cardiff University - and 100% of the money raised will go directly towards this cause. It's something I believe is a great way to benefit the lives of those affected by these causes.
