Im running a 5K run to raise money for southmead NICU (neonatal intensive care unit) as i know first hand the amazing work they do. the baby in the picture is my son Edward who was born at 29 + 0 weeks. he is now a strapping 4 year old and im so grateful for everything they did for him and the support we received at the nicu.

I know it says the charity is  generally for frenchay and southmead but all the money i raise will go directly to the NICU <3
