We were founded in 1990 by a group of refugees and politicians, we have been empowering and supporting asylum seekers and refugees for over 30 years. We are the leading organisation in Wales promoting equality for, and fostering good relations towards, asylum seekers and refugees. We support the most vulnerable people in society who have fled from persecution, war, and oppression and are at risk of homelessness and destitution. Driven by a passion for human rights, equality, and social justice, we are committed to making Wales a Nation of Sanctuary. Across Wales, we want refugees to be welcomed and respected with access to protection, safety, and dignity.
