My name is Hannah and I am a Senior Section Guide with Canford Heath Rangers. I am also a Young Leader with 4th Canford Heath Brownies. I have been selected by Girlguiding UK to represent Dorset and the South West Regionon a trip to an International Guide Camp to celebrate 100 years of Girlguiding in Nova Scotia, Canada in August 2011. I am one of 14 girls and 4 leaders, the trip is for two weeks and the cost is expected to be approximately £2500 which I need to raise to be able to go. The itinerary for the trip includes a service projectworking at a wildlife centre as well as experiencing all forms of Canadian Culture.

To help me raise funds for the trip my family and friends have agreed to walk 28 miles along the South West Coast Path from Lulworth to South Haven Point in one day. We are hoping to do the walk on Saturday 26 March but this will be dependent upon the weather.
