 Why I want to raise money for LOROS?

• All LOROS services are free of charge.
• It costs £7 million each year to run. The NHS does give us some money but we still need to raise at least £4 million each year from our local community.
• We are proud to say that over 90% of every £1 donated to LOROS goes directly towards patient care, all money raised is spent locally in the region.
• £10 sponsorship will cover the cost of a patient meal for a day
• £25 sponsorship is the cost of drugs and gases per hour at the hospice
• £75 sponsorship is equivalent to a family support visit.
• £100 sponsorship pays for a patient to attend a daily session at the Palliative Care Day Therapy Unit, Manor Croft.
