This year i am taking part in the Manchester to Blackpool bike ride on the 12th July and i would like to raise money for the British Heart Foundation in doing it.  As you probably know by now this charity is an important one to me so any amount that you can spare to contribute to their good work would be great.  This year the BHF is my work's charity of the year so i am unable to claim matched funds from them so i have had to increase my target amount.
