Hello!

I will be doing the Great Manchester Run on May the 16th and I'm trying to raise money for the Alzheimer's society in the process! So please sponser me! The Alzheimer's Society works to improve the quality of life of people affected by  dementia in England, Wales and Northern Ireland. The Society provides help and information to people affected by dementia in their communities and their branch services include day care and home care for people with dementia, as well as support and befriending services to help partners and families cope with the demands of caring. The Great Manchester Run is 10k (about 6 miles) long and I'm aiming to do it in an hour! So please sponser me and then all my hard work training can help others!
