Running to help London's homeless

Royal Parks Half Marathon 2018 · 14 October 2018 ·
Over the past few years, with a job that involves incredibly early starts, I have become increasingly aware, concerned and affected by the seemingly continual increase in London's homeless population.
It is an incredibly difficult thing to witness and I am often left feeling totally helpless. With winter fast approaching I wanted to ensure that I was doing something, however small, to try to provide a little assistance.
Those who know me know that I run regularly- for me, this is less about the physical challenge and more about raising awareness of this devastating issue. I hope to continue working with the charity over the next year to do more!
Any donation you can make goes straight to the charity to provide clean, warm and safe accommodation. Those who are homeless are real people, with real stories- a donation could could literally save somebody's life.
