I'm taking part in St Catherine's Hospice's Moonlight and Memories Walk 2022 in my own way during this summer to raise much-needed funds the Hospice. 

I am doing this in loving memory of my Grandad Tom, who passed away at the start of this year. It's only thanks to the care of St Catherine's he was able to be in the comfort of his own home, surrounded by his family, till He was taken to be in His Heavenly Home with Grandma.
