I lost my mum a few weeks ago and it absolutely devastated me. She was an amazing woman but in the last few years of her life she really struggled with mental health issues and addiction. 

I will be shaving my head on Friday 1st May to raise money for Mind and Tribal Project, both brilliant charities in helping to support people through their darkest days.
