Alzheimer’s Scotland is a charity that is close to both of our hearts. As most of you know Hannah sadly lost her dad to Alzheimer’s in August 2012. The condition was difficult for both her dad and her family to deal with. They found that as her dad was so young there was little support in place and advice available, as it is typically seen as a disease of the elderly. Consequently, we feel more needs to be done to help those with Alzheimer’s and their families who are affected, no matter what age or background.  Alzheimer’s Scotland is a worthwhile charity that strives to raise awareness, provide advice, support and care to those suffering.
