On Monday 27th May, my best friend Shola and I will be running the Bupa London 10K, to raise funds for the Brain Tumour Charity. In October last year, Shola's father Neville "Bunny" Jones passed away, after being diagnosed with a brain tumour. He was an incredibly popular and much-loved man, who is greatly missed by all who knew him.

I'm running this 10K for several reasons: in Neville's memory, to raise funds and awareness for the Brain Tumour Charity, but most of all, I'm doing this for Shola - one of the bravest and most inspirational people I know. You can donate to her JustGiving page at: www.justgiving.com/Shola-Jones
