IAMCrossfit and CW1 Crossfit UK are uniting Together for Trevor to raise money for Cancer Research.

CW1 Crossfit UK suffered a great loss earlier this year when their members, Donna, Ellie and Rachel Davies, lost their husband and father, Trevor Davies.

The two boxes (hopefully with the wonders of modern technology) will be coming together to complete 24 WODS (workout of the days) in 24 hours, demonstrating just how supportive and strong the crossfit community is.
