Story

Me, my Big sister Ruth and niece Ali are taking part in Girls Night Out 2022, a 11.2 mile walk around Bury St Edmunds for St Nicholas Hospice Care on Saturday 10th September at 8pm. As some of you know we did this last year just less than 48 hours after our Mum/Grandma died of cancer. We can’t believe it has been a year of living without her. She is missed so deeply daily. She loved walking and we loved her more than anything and it seems completely appropriate to walk (again) in memory of Mum and hopefully raise some money for St Nicolas Hospice. Dad has also decided to be a Marshall this year to help out as well which is unbelievable

We're supporting St Nicholas Hospice Care to say thank you for all the support they gave Mum, Dad and the rest of the family. Their support enabled us to look after Mum at home which is where she wanted to be.  They have to raise thousands a day to continue to provide care, advice and support to people in West Suffolk and Thetford living with long term and life threatening illnesses, those dying, those caring and grief. They are wonderful!!

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
