Light Up The Night is an evening to remember the ones we've lost, it will be an evening of reflecting and coming together.

Mark, Mollie and I are walking this event in memory of my Grandpa. In his final weeks the hospice supported him and all our family through difficult times. For this I cannot be grateful enough. 

The walk is extra special as it is my birthday and Grandpa I will never forget you putting together my first slide for my 4th birthday xx
