Story
I’m Hannah, I’m 17 and I was bullied. From a young age I went through many years of traumatic bullying from pupils within the 4 different schools I attend, unfortunately I was unaware of the support that is out there so I felt as if I had to face this alone.
However, over the past three years I had been trained with The Diana Award to become an Anti Bullying Ambassador as I now use my own experiences to help young people from all over the UK.
.An Anti-Bullying Ambassador is someone who has been trained by The Diana Award's Anti-Bullying Programme. Their role is to help educate their peers on bullying, lead on anti-bullying campaigns, promote a culture which celebrates and tolerates difference and help keep their peers safe both online and offline. It costs £30 to train an Anti-Bullying Ambassador, make your donation today.
To raise awareness this Anti Bullying Week I have organised a “Diana Day” within my school community as we all come together to celebrate different and acceptance as well as raise money for this incredible life changing charity!
