As a non-cycler and fairly unfit person, I'm challenging myself to cycle approximately 50 miles of the Tarka Trail in Devon in one day, during July 2016.

I had the opportunity to complete my bronze, silver and gold D of E awards, all before the age of 18. I gained so much from these experiences, challenging myself and pushing the boundaries of my comfort zone each time. Not only is the Diamond D of E challenge another great opportunity for me to challenge myself, it's also a fantastic way of helping other young people to benefit from everything the award has to offer.
